Masturbation is any form of touching or stimulating your genitals to feel sexual pleasure.
Boys and men often masturbate to reach a sexual climax, which is when semen is released (ejaculated) from the penis.
Usually, a boy or man uses his hand to rub or stroke his erect penis until he reaches a climax and ejaculates. After ejaculation, the penis becomes soft (flaccid) again.
The word “masturbate” comes from…
…two older words—manus and turbare—which were used between the 1600s and 1700s in French and Latin.
Manus means “hand”
Turbare means “to dishonour” or “to defile”
People believed that masturbating was a way of disrespecting your own body by using your hand.
We also know that masturbation is a normal part of growing up and exploring your body. It’s totally natural and nothing to be ashamed of.
That said, masturbation can sometimes turn into a habit that’s used to escape from stress, boredom, or difficult emotions instead of dealing with them in a healthy way. It’s important to understand the difference between normal curiosity and using it as a way to avoid problems in life.
If it ever feels like you need to do it all the time just to feel okay, it might be a good idea to talk to someone you trust about it.
“For this is the will of God, that you should be consecrated (separated and set apart for pure and holy living): that you should abstain and shrink from all sexual vice, (4) That each one of you should know how to possess (control, manage) his own body in consecration (purity, separated from things profane) and honour, (5) Not [to be used] in the passion of lust like the heathen, who are ignorant of the true God and have no knowledge of His will” 1Thess 4:3-5 AMPC

Semen is the liquid that contain sperm cells. Semen is the actual fluid that a man ejaculate from his penis and it is a combination of about 65-75% seminal fluid, (nutrients and proteins) 25-30% prostate fluid, (liquid excretion from the prostate) 1-5% Cowper’s Gland fluid (detergent, anti bacterial and lubricant) and only about 1-2% sperm cells.
Ejaculation is when you experience sexual pleasure in and around your genitals and reach a sexual climax. Semen is then released out of your penis through multiple contractions of the prostate gland and other muscles inside the groin area. Thus (about 3 to 10 contractions) forces semen out of the penis.
