My Father in Heaven, I come to You as a son.

Heb. 4:16Father God, I confess to You the following truthful realities of my life and the bad choices I made and the way I managed my mind, soul and body…
Father, I take full responsibility for every lie I told. My intentions were to deceive, cover up and hide my real actions and sexual behaviour. I did it to conceal the reality of my sexual sinful desires and actions and that nobody would find out or know about my secret live.
Now I choose out of my own will and choice to bring it in the open and confess it to You with (name of person praying with you) ……………………….…. as a witness in Your presence Lord.
I give account of my wrongdoing. I take full responsibility for the sin I have committed unto You and for missing the original and ordained target and purpose of my body.
“the person who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with him. Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body”
1Cor 6:17-18Father, I confess the sin of adultery.
“You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery.’ But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your eye—even your good eye—causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell”
Mat 5:27-29I am used to act out my sexual lustful desires, fantasies and thoughts while thinking about another human being, created in Your image.
“we use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ. Our tools are ready at hand for clearing the ground of every obstruction and building lives of obedience into maturity”.
2Cor 10:5-6Father I choose to confess in detail those actions, thoughts and desires that regularly triggers me into sexual acting out so that it can be brought into the light and has no more power over me.
I bring and confess my wrongful actions, images and fantasies to You (reveal the hidden or secret agenda’s, actions, images, fantasies and sexually lustful triggers that captured your mind and actions) ………………
“but if we walk in the light, God himself being the light, we also experience a shared life with one another, as the sacrificed blood of Jesus, God's Son, purges all our sin. If we claim that we're free of sin, we're only fooling ourselves. A claim like that is errant nonsense. On the other hand, if we admit our sins—make a clean breast of them—he won't let us down; he'll be true to himself. He'll forgive our sins and purge us of all wrongdoing”
1John 1:7-9Father, I trade and redeem every sexually distorted and sexualized perception of a man and woman’s body through Your Son Jesus Christ my Redeemer into that image and perception that is well pleasing and pure unto You.
I ask You Jesus Christ to trade and redeem my own perception of my body, sexual drive and desires into purity of actions and thought. Father take away all the lies I believe about myself and how I look and think about myself and restore it with what You think about me!
Jesus Christ I ask You to trade and redeem all the wrong perceptions that pornography and my own sexual fantasies created in my mind with Your perceptions about man and woman.
Holy Spirit of God, erase and purify my memories and mind of every sexual explicit picture, video, story, imagination and lustful desire that was imprinted and branded as core memories in my mind.
Show me how I can walk in sexual purity and relate normally to man and woman again.
I confess and take full responsibility for choosing false comfort, escape and sexual pleasure from worldly sources when You are everything I need. I realize that my hunger and thirst for intimacy, comfort, escape and pleasure is bigger than what the world can supply.
“Jesus replied, “Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life”
Joh 4:13-14I confess that I had committed adultery against You and choose something else to be dependent on. I wrongfully trusted and committed my heart to the answers of our sexualized culture.
I confess that I opened my deepest, intimate places of my spirit, soul and body to substitute pleasures and desires of my flesh to be my source of comfort, medicating and escape out of difficult situations.
I wrongfully gave it rule over my life.
“do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires. Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Instead, give yourselves completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. So use your whole body as an instrument to do what is right for the glory of God. Sin is no longer your master”
Rom 6:12-14Father I take back my authority over my body’s sexual drive and desires and I submit its function and abilities back under Your purposes. I want to be ruled by You alone and not by my sexual drive. I place my trust in You and want to trust and know You better as my Heavenly Father.
Help me Father with wisdom and a way out.
“the temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure”
1Co 10:13Give me the ability to choose between right and wrong again. Restore my consciousness again at the places where I made deliberate choices to ignore it so that I could act out my sinful desires.
Father I want to renounce and divorce every memory and image of every sexual lustful memory of all the people I’ve seen and committed adultery with in my heart and mind.
I confess You as my source of comfort, intimacy, pleasure and a way of escape!
Father, teach me to take up all my responsibilities as a man, to face my difficult situations, to work through my disappointments, my anger and frustrations and in a proper way, resolve and find answers in Your wisdom.
Thank You Father that You are maturing me and that You care about me as a son. I fully accept Your discipline and confess my disobedience and rebellion against Your ways because I did not know or trusted You enough with my life or my eternal future.
Heavenly Father, thank You for redemption and healing in every area of my being. I choose to walk with You and give You authority over me to show me the path of righteousness. I choose to open up myself to You.
“I correct and discipline everyone I love. So be diligent and turn from your indifference. “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends. Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne”
Rev 3:19-21I want to have intimate conversations and communion with You again.
Father I ask You in Jesus Christ’s Name to trade and redeem my time and energy wasted, the misuse of my imaginations and mind for selfish desires. Redeem them for pureness in thoughts, a willingness and energy to do Your will and a mind that can see Your will and purpose is for my life.
“if you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts”
2Tim 2:21-22Lastly, Father, I bring all my shame and fears to You. I accumulated shame and fear through the things I’ve done and wanted to hide from You and the people who wanted to help me.
I receive Your forgiveness and healing through the redemptive and costly price Your Son, Jesus Christ paid for me.
I receive Your redemption power that cleanses me from all kinds of sin and unrighteousness.
Thank You Father for restoring my relationship and intimacy with You again. Thank You for filling me with Your peace, Your presence and Your Holy Spirit.
